Tooling fixture design and production process

You need to do: 

 1. Provide 2D product drawings and 3D drawings of tooling fixtures if you can;

 2. Provide a product sample used in tooling fixtures;

 3. Provide finished products used in tooling fixtures One piece;

 4. Provide the equipment and required production capacity for processing the product;

3 Dalton Engineering standard processes: 

1. We design a tooling and fixture plan based on the drawings provided by the customer and submit it to the customer for review;

2. After the customer agrees, the two parties sign a corresponding business contract and begin implementation;

3. Within the period specified in the contract, the tooling fixtures will be made, submitted to the customer for acceptance and debugging will be coordinated with the customer;

4. Track the use of the tooling fixtures and provide long-term after-sales service.
