Injection Moulding and Production

1. After received the P.O, mold analysis (DFM) will be done and sent for confirmation;

2. 2D drawing, mold info and 3D model will be approved before steel processing;

3. Mold processing (with weekly update report);

4. T1sample will be sent to confirm (with First Article Report);

5. Texture will be making if needed and the final sample will be sent to be confirmed;

6. Plastics parts production;

7. Painting and assembling;

8. Packing and shipping.
