3Dalton Engineering provides comprehensive product design and development services. Take your new product ideas from initial concept designs to mature marketable products. We can also assist with manufacturing liaison in the later stages of your project.

CONCEPT DESIGN 

The first step in any product design and development process is concept design. 3 Dalton Engineering will take your new product idea and show you how to make it happen. You'll also get expert analysis of the pros and cons, as well as guidance on the best way forward.

CAD ENGINEERING

Once the conceptual design is completed, 3 Dalton Engineering will use CAD engineering to generate 3D CAD models and detailed technical designs. You will need these for prototyping and manufacturing. Graphics can be created from scratch or reverse engineered from existing 3D parts.

PROTOTYPING AND 3D PRINTING

Based on your CAD engineering 3D model, we will create a product prototype for you that can be tested and evaluated. 3D printing or CNC machining means we can perform rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing without expensive setup costs or tooling.
